The proposal includes approximately 372 new homes, including affordable housing, together with childcare, ground-floor retail, resident communal spaces, landscaping and public domain improvements. It will also support the regeneration of the riparian corridor and the dedication of land to Council to provide future public access to Cattai Creek.

Originally approved as part of the Carrington Place master plan, the design of Building A has been updated to respond to the NSW Government’s housing initiatives, including the delivery of more homes and affordable housing in well-located areas close to public transport and amenity
