Planning Pathway and Timeframes
Declaration
The project was declared State Significant Development following a recommendation by the Housing Delivery Authority (HDA).
SSDA
SEARs technical requirements issued by DPHI, setting out the technical studies needed for the SSDA.
Government
Engagement with Government agencies (ongoing).

An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is being prepared. Feedback from stakeholders and the community is captured in a Consultation Outcomes Report and submitted as part of the EIS.
Lodgement of the EIS & public exhibition
Once DPHI has reviewed the EIS it will publicly exhibit the application. The community can review the technical studies and make formal submissions to DPHI.
Determination
The benchmark for an HDA determination is nine months.
