Planning Pathway and Timeframes
Changes
The amending DA is seeking to change what has been approved for the last building in the overall master plan, referred to as building A.
Assessment
The application will be assessed by the Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) as a State Significant Development Application.
Lodging
The application will be lodged in early August, as required by the Housing Delivery Authority. Following the SSDA lodgement, DPHI will publicly exhibit the proposal. At this point, the community members will be invited to make formal submissions.
Approval
The approval process is expected to take an estimated 9 months, with construction anticipated to start in 2028 and be completed by 2031.
